Mr. Daniel J. Consigli is the CFO of Black Dragon Capital. Dan has 20 years of experience working with financial service firms. He has a rounded background of experience in finance, strategy, and operations. He has experience in private banking, broker dealer, asset management, and custodian businesses and his focus will be working on the finances and strategy of Black Dragon Capital, LLC.
Most recently, he worked with a new startup trading venue, Luminex Trading & Analytics LLC, a registered Broker Dealer, previously certified Series 27 principal, by leading the finance and accounting efforts. Previously, Mr. Consigli worked at Israel Discount Bank of New York managing banking, investing, asset management, corporate and commercial real estate lending business for the Miami region and LATAM.
Mr. Consigli’s background includes a variety of senior management positions and senior consulting services specifically in the banking and asset management business verticals specializing in turn-around situations and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Consigli was the divisional Chief Financial Officer of JPMorgan Chase responsible for eighteen divisions globally executing strategy, finance and infrastructure management of the business line operations.
Dan earned his Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, building upon his undergraduate education Bachelors of Science degree from Babson College.
