Vim Anand is a Senior Executive with 30 years of global business experience, having worked in Europe, Asia and the USA. A former senior partner of EY, Vim has a successful track record in improving business performance through re-engineering, technology and leadership change management. Key Accomplishments include: tripling consulting revenues; successfully grew practice areas twice; 15 major global clients saved 25% to 40% on operating costs; turned around a faltering software business; Pioneered shared services in Europe; and rapidly promoted to become one of the youngest management consulting partners. Since 2009, Vim has been working in the Credit Union sector, in advising and facilitating the creation of large scale transformations. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President of RSM McGladrey where he oversaw a major restructuring that included the off shoring of core business functions. At Ernst & Young, Vim led its Shared Services practice that consisted of 600 consultants. Major clients included JP Morgan Chase, American Express, Merrill Lynch, Liberty Mutual, John Hancock, Bank of Scotland, and Standard Chartered Bank. Mr. Anand is a Chartered Accountant from the England & Wales Institute, and an economics graduate of London University.
